Vision Exploration, LLC has teamed up with a select group of small, highly efficient operators distributed across a four-state area who can step in and manage or contract operate, on short notice, distressed oil & gas properties in the Gulf Coast area for lenders and non-operating entities.
These operators, who Vision has brought together under an association called The Independent Operator Group, are people Vision has worked with on many projects in the past and invited to join the Group because of their outstanding efficiency, experience and ethical character. These operators really pay attention to the bottom line and have been great to work with in the past. The operators in our Group have an average of 35 years of operational experience.
Vision Exploration will provide geological, geophysical, land and legal services to all of the contract operators in our Group. Our objective is to leverage our experience and operational knowledge to restore profitability to our clients’ distressed properties (or at least stop the bleeding) in the currently challenging price environment, then assist in taking these properties to market on behalf of the client(s) once things turn around.
IOG’s members are established contract operators, geoscientists and engineers. Each property can be separately managed via a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), or a basket of properties can be managed for a client across a geographical area. Our operators are already well established in their operational areas and have an excellent reputation for efficient, trustworthy field management. General and Administrative (G&A) costs are very reasonable and every effort is made to control and further lower Lease Operating Expenses (LOE).
